It all began in 1974 when Larry Sawyer started Eastern Insulation with one truck and one employee. In 2011 Todd Sawyer
and longtime friend and partner Michael Colaiacovo finalized the purchase of Larry’s interests in the company
and merged Eastern Insulation, Quality Insulation,
Four Seasons Insulation, Eastern Spray Foam, Eastern
Waterproofing, Eastern Aluminum, and Eastern Garage Doors into one entity…..Eastern Contractor Services.
Today our company employs more than 135 men and women and has over 100 vehicles. What sets us apart from
other contractors is knowledge, expertise and pride. When you choose Eastern you are choosing people who
care about your project as much as you do. Having the right people provide and install your building
products can make a difference in your home or building for decades to come. We’ll make sure you start
things off right.
Eastern Contractor Services provides contractors, builders, and homeowners with professional,
customer service-oriented installation of Fiberglass Insulation, Cellulose Insulation, Open and
Closed Cell Spray Foam, Basement Foundation Waterproofing, Seamless Gutters, Garage Doors and Fire
Stop Materials. By having several strategic locations we are able to service customers throughout
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, and Delaware. Whether your project is large or
small we have the knowledge and expertise to get it done right. All of our product specialists
and installers are company employees. We do not use subcontractors like some of our competitors.
This gives us the ability to control the workmanship and quality on all of our jobs at all times.
All of our vehicles are equipped with real time GPS tracking so we can monitor our staff and let
our clients know where our installers are and when they will be arriving. We also communicate
with our field staff throughout the day to find out how they are doing on the job and when they
anticipate finishing. We can then communicate this information to our clients. This eliminates
down time, missed inspections, and assists in scheduling the next trade.
Although Eastern Contractor Services provides a variety of products and services, our unique
structure gives us the high level of expertise and skill that can only be achieved by working
exclusively in one field.
